1. Eligibility

Jurisdictional Compliance
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering with bd445. bd445 makes no representation as to the legality of its services in any particular jurisdiction and accepts no liability for any breach of local law by the Player. Players who access the Platform from prohibited jurisdictions do so entirely at their own risk.
Capacity to Contract
You confirm that you are not subject to any legal prohibition that would prevent you from entering into a binding agreement, that you are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party, and that all funds used on bd445 are lawfully obtained.
2. Account Registration and Verification
To access the full range of bd445 services, you must register an account using a valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number. Each player is permitted to hold only one account on the Platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited.
Accurate Registration Details
You must provide your real name, a valid Bangladeshi mobile number and accurate date of birth during registration. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and entitles bd445 to immediately suspend or close your account and retain any balances pending investigation. All registration information must be kept current throughout your use of the Platform.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify bd445 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. bd445 will not be liable for any loss arising from a failure to keep your credentials secure.
Account Verification (KYC)
bd445 may at any time require you to complete an identity verification process (KYC) by submitting a copy of a government-issued photo identification document and proof of your Bangladeshi mobile number. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure. KYC is a standard security and regulatory measure applied to protect the integrity of the Platform.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
bd445 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank. The minimum deposit is ৳100. All funds deposited into your bd445 account must belong to you and must have been obtained through lawful means. bd445 does not accept deposits from third parties on behalf of Players.
Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and bd445 may require additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request. Processing times are typically within 10 minutes for mobile money withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) but may take longer for bank transfers.
Note: bd445 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees. Please check with bKash, Nagad or your bank for any applicable charges on their end before initiating a transaction.
Deposit Limits
Players may set voluntary deposit limits on their bd445 accounts as a responsible gaming measure. Once a deposit limit is set, it cannot be increased within 7 days of the change request. Suspicious Transactions
bd445 monitors all financial transactions for suspicious activity. Any transaction that bd445 reasonably suspects to be connected with money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities and the associated account will be suspended pending investigation. Funds involved in suspicious transactions may be withheld indefinitely pending law enforcement instructions.
Chargebacks
Players must not initiate chargebacks or payment reversals with their bank or mobile money provider in respect of any deposit made to bd445. Any chargeback initiated by a Player without prior agreement from bd445 constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and recovery of associated bonus funds. bd445 will dispute all invalid chargebacks.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
bd445 offers a welcome bonus and ongoing promotional programmes to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific set of terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
Welcome bonuses are available to new players only on their first deposit. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household and per device. Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts. bd445 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already claimed by a player at the time of withdrawal shall be honoured subject to the rollover conditions attached.
Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds may be used for betting and gaming but may not be withdrawn as cash. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the validity period will result in the automatic cancellation of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
Bonus Abuse
bd445 actively monitors bonus usage for signs of abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple welcome bonuses through duplicate accounts, systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to fulfil rollover requirements without genuine game engagement, and collusion between players to pass bonus funds between accounts. Any player found to be abusing promotional terms will have their bonus cancelled, associated winnings forfeited, and their account reviewed for possible termination.
Expired Bonuses
All bonus offers carry a validity period, which is stated in the individual promotion terms. Any bonus funds not wagered within the validity period will be automatically removed from your account without notice. It is your responsibility to ensure you are aware of and comply with the validity period for any bonus you claim.

6. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

Fraud and Misrepresentation
Attempting to defraud bd445 or any other player on the Platform, providing false identity or age information, using stolen payment credentials, or attempting to access accounts belonging to other players is strictly prohibited and constitutes a criminal offence under applicable law.
Use of Bots or Automated Software
The use of automated betting software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technology designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players is strictly prohibited. bd445 uses detection systems to identify automated play and will immediately suspend any account found to be using such tools.
Collusion
Players must not collude with other players in any game offered on the Platform, including but not limited to sharing hole cards in poker-style games, coordinating bets to guarantee a profit, or transferring winnings between accounts through deliberate loss play. Collusion undermines the fairness of the Platform and will be treated as a serious breach of these Terms.
Money Laundering
bd445 operates a strict anti-money laundering policy. Any use of the Platform for the purpose of laundering proceeds of crime, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using accounts as a conduit for transferring illicit funds is prohibited. bd445 will report any suspicious activity to the relevant financial intelligence unit and cooperate fully with any subsequent investigation by law enforcement.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the bd445 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of bd445 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The bd445 name, logo and all related marks and trade dress are trademarks of bd445. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the bd445 name or any of its trademarks, service marks, logos or trade dress without the express prior written consent of bd445.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bd445 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), product liability or any other legal theory.
bd445 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond bd445's reasonable control (including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, or acts of God) may result in Platform downtime for which bd445 accepts no liability.
Gambling Risk: Online gaming involves financial risk. You may lose all funds deposited. Never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose. bd445 accepts no liability for any financial losses incurred through the use of the Platform.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
bd445 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.
